    *ONGOING SCIENCE PROJECT

    Exciting news everyone!  We will be working on an ongoing science project about butterlfies. We will be observing the life cycle of a butterfly.  We will start with the caterpillar stage of the butterfly, which is the second stage (the first stage is the egg). I will post videos of the progress of the caterpillars, and students will watch the caterpillars as they form a pupa and then transform into butterflies. Remember to watch closely for changes, observe the caterpillar's habitiat, and continue to use the vocabulary you have learned as you describe the life cycle of a butterfly in the given assignments.
