Hello all! My name is Mrs. Mejia. I am a second grade teacher at School 16. I started my teaching career here many years ago, and have continued to have wonderful experiences here. I am excited about all of the learning and growing we will do this year! 

School begins at 8:35am. Doors open at 8:20am.

I use Class Dojo for parent/teacher interactions.  Please check Class Dojo every day for information and assignments.

Please be sure to have all books and school supplies in class each day. 

Basic Daily Schedule:

Morning - Journal Writing, ELA (Spelling, Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Grammar) 

Lunch 

Afternoon - Math, Science, Social Studies, Social/Emotional Health
