During this difficult time it is important to stay active and healthy. It is recommended that everyone gets 30-60 minutes of physical activity each day. Remember it is super important to was your hands with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds and not touch your face. Cough and sneeze into your elbow, not your hands. Social distancing is also very important. It is recommended to stay 6 feet away from others.
