Dear Parents,        

Welcome to Mr. DiFiore’s Class.  I’m very excited to begin the school year with you and your child.  I’ve spent a great deal of time over the summer preparing the classroom for his/her arrival. Your child will have an exciting year while learning many new things.  My goal is to create an effective learning environment for your child.  In order to accomplish this, a strong partnership between student, parent, and teacher must be present.  With this partnership I believe you child will achieve success throughout the year  If there is anything you would like me to know about your child that will help me teach him/her more effectively, i.e. special interests/talents, situations at home, favorite subject(s), feel free to send me a note.Homework will be generally assigned Monday through Thursday.We will use ClassDojo to keep an open line of communication as we work together to help your child achieve academic success. I look forward to meeting and working with you to provide the most enjoyable meaningful learning experience for your child.
