This is a Virtual Learning Plan in case of emergencies. Please do not do the assignments listed below unless directed to do so.

All assignments are due by 11:59 p.m.
Please send pictures of your child’s completed assignments through a message on Class Dojo. I will be checking the online reports to track student participation and progress.

Day 1
Writing
Watch the Brainpop Jr. video titled, “Writing with the Senses”.
After watching the video, please write a response to today's prompt.
*Tell me about your day today. What did you see, hear, smell, taste, and feel? Write a description of your day using your 5 senses.
Reading
Please reread the leveled story that I assigned to you in your reading folder. Answer two different questions than what you responded to for homework from the comprehension question list. If you do not have your reading folder, then please contact me on Class Dojo and I will assign a story through Benchmark Advance.
Math
Log into IXL on Clever. I have pre-assigned a variety of topics to review. Please spend 30 or more minutes on IXL. You can also continue to practice your facts on Xtra Math. If you are unable to access these sites, please refer to my webpage under the tab – “How to access instructional platforms”.
Social Studies/Science
Please watch one video on either Brainpop Jr. or Discovery Education that relates to our current units of study. Please write down the title of the video that you watched, as well as two facts that you learned. If you are unable to access these sites, please refer to my webpage under the tab – “How to access instructional platforms”.
Day 2
Writing
Please complete a “Narrative Writing” Response. I have attached a graphic organizer to help plan the story. It should be at least 5 sentences or more. Please remember to use proper capitalization and punctuation.
Reading
Please choose a book at home to read. If you do not have a book, you can choose a read aloud from the links I provided below to listen to. Then answer two questions from the comprehension question list on your reading folder.
