Mission Statement

The mission of the Cesar E. Chavez Elementary School is to provide an educational setting which supports the growth and development of each child, and helps them attain their fullest potential as a member of our learning community.

Our goals include helping students to realize the importance of learning and education.  Through our rigorous educational programs, students will develop the skills necessary to be competent, caring, and responsible members of society.  Students will display strong moral character, high self-esteem and the self motivation necessary to achieve high levels of academic success with the ability to meet the challenges of the future as they continue on their path to life long learning.

With teachers as facilitators, all members of the Cesar E. Chavez School learning community, including parents, administrators, teachers, teaching assistants, and instructional aides, will serve as role models and set high expectations that will empower each and every one of our students to reach their fullest potential.
