Students should continue to exercise at least once A day. We really enjoy seeing the many creative videos. Continue to send in your school work logs to Coach M or M and your teacher till the final day of school. JUNE 18th 2020!
I have gotten some GREAT videos, cool games, and well filled out work logs. Those of you that have submitted thank you and keep up the good work.
It is very important that you stay active in these trying and uncertain times. Even if you must stay in your home, you can still get some exercise to keep your mind and body healthy.

PE assignment: YOU MUST send me a completed work-log or video of activity or game you created to Coach M's Email Be sure to include student full name, grade and homeroom teacher.
Every one of you knows what you have learned and practiced in PE class; Push-ups, shoulder taps, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and dynamic stretching; high knees, skipping, hopping, galloping, side shuffle.
For additional credit you can send me an APPROPRIATE TiKTok link you have created showing movement.
All video exercises MUST be appropriate, and anything that is inappropriate in any way will be immediately reported to administration.
