Sometimes we feel like we want to just run away because we are upset or feel stressed or overwhelmed or anxious but we can't go anywhere physically. But we can take a few minutes to take a "5 minute vacation" by closing our eyes and using guided imagery exercises. Here is a 5 minute activity that will help you escape to a relaxing place in your mind and bring peace and calm to you when you are done. It may take you some practice to learn to focus and relax with this exercise.
