Degrees and Certifications:
As an instructor of learning, I have worked in the New York City Public Schools for ten years, and then in the Yonkers Public School System for the past seventeen years. During that time, I have served as an Elementary School Teacher, a Magnet Science Liaison, a Staff Developer for the elementary, middle, and high schools, and a Grant Writer and Auditor for New York State. Additionally, I have received a scholarship from the Yonkers Superintendent's Office and completed my principalship certifications for the district as well as on the school level for the last twelve years. Presently, I am pursuing a Ph.D Degree in Psychology, Technology, and Curriculum Instruction. My passion is to continue stimulating a desire for learning among our students, as well as to provide the necessary skills that would allow them to be a balance human being in society.
Please contact me during the hours from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM from Monday through Friday during school closure.

Districtwide New Memorial Day Activity for Friday, May 22 through May 25, 2020.
Memorial Day is an American holiday, that is observed on the last Monday of May, remembering the people who have died while serving in the United States Military. Many Americans observe Memorial Day by visiting cemeteries or memorials, holding family gatherings and participating in parades. Our school have always given tribute to those who have served and lost their lives for our freedom. To observe Memorial Day througout our learning community, each student is asked to participate and create an activity that is important to Memorial Day which is due by May 25.
