During the first week of school your child will receive a lunch application. Please complete this application and return it to school with your child the next day.  A new lunch application is required at the beginning of each school year.  Once school begins we will send additional information regarding the lunch application process.   It is important that everyone completes a lunch application so that we will be considered for whatever resources are available.  If you need assistance in completing your lunch application please contact the main office.




    All students will receive three emergency cards.  Parents must return completed cards to the school on the next school day.  In case, of an emergency parents will be notified immediately.  All parents must have a working telephone number on file.  If addresses or telephone number have changed you must notify the school immediately.
