Riverside High School will be offering COVID 19 vaccinations to all of our students on Thursday & Friday, May 27th & May 28th from 2PM to 6pm at Riverside High School.  Parents or guardians will be required to fill out a consent form and to book an appointment online using the link posted below. Students ages 12-15 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to get vaccinated.  Students ages 16 and 17 will need parental consent form and online appointment, but do not need parents present.
