The Lincoln High School Science Department is committed to helping students develop a life-long interest in science. Science is everywhere and studying science helps us understand the world we live in. It is the goal of our science department to help students build their science knowledge and 21st century skills like critical thinking, collaboration, communication, problem solving and creativity. Students are encouraged to think like a scientist, ask questions, perform data analysis, construct explanations, engage in argumentation based on evidence and relate their findings to real-life issues.
