Mr. William Levis

My name is William Levis and I am a special education teacher at Lincoln High School. Welcome back from the holiday break. we are in the second marking period for the 2021-2022 school year.

 

On Monday morning January 3rd 2021 we will return back to school with 100% remote learning. All classes will be taking place using Microsoft Teams. Here is important logging on information:

 

  • How to Access Clever 

    • Students, go to the Lincoln High School homepage and click on the Clever Portal on the right side of the page, or download the app.  
    • Click on "Log in with LDAP"
      • Username: Your district e-mail address: 6 digit student ID followed by "@yonkerspublicschools.org" (Example: 123456@yonkerspublicschools.org)
      • Password:  8-digit date or birth as the password (Example: 03182004)
    • Click on any of the icons to access the instructional technology resources
      • For library resources that require different log-in credentials, hover over the application to display the username and password
      • Use the displayed username and password to access the resource 
     

  • How to Access PowerSchool 

    Students, go to the Lincoln High School homepage and click on the Student POWERSCHOOL Portal tab on the right side of the page, or download the app.  

    You can log in using the following credentials:

    Username: 6 digit student ID

    Password: 8-digit date or birth as the password (Example: 03182004)

     

  • How to Access Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams 

    You can log in through Clever, the Outlook and Teams apps or the LHS homepage using the following credentials:

    Username: 6 digit student ID followed by "@yonkerspublicschools.org" (e.g. 123456@yonkerspublicschools.org)

    Password: 8-digit date or birth as the password (Example: 03182004)

  

My teaching and student assistance hours will be on Tuesday's from 2:40 pm to 3:15 pm. If students and or parents have any questions they can email me at wlevis@yonkerspublicschools.org or contact me on Microsoft Teams.

 

I have been adding assignments to my Power School grade book. In order to access the Power School grade book and follow the instructions above: 

 

I have attached in my teacher assignment page my parent support letter which outlines the remainder of the years academic expectations for my students. As part of the parent support letter will be my grading policy. I am also including a Rubric in my teacher assignment page to give my students outline of how my students will be graded on all academic assignments.  

 

Students, parents and guardians can contact me to track completion of assignments. They can also track completed assignments on Microsoft Teams. 

 

I will be attaching Castle Learning Assignments on this teacher page. I will accept these assignments as extra credit.
