Student Working Papers are Handled on a Case by Case Basis
Student documents may be submitted via Email attachment to WorkingPapers@yonkerspublicschools.org
Required Documents
I. Student Working Papers Requirements:
- Application for Working Certificate (Updated May 2022)
Completed and signed by parent/guardian
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate
- Driver's license or state identification
- School Identification
- Passport
II. Physical Exam within 12 Months
A copy of your physical within the last 12 months is acceptable
How to Submit Documents
Scan or photograph the completed and required documents and send as Email attachments to WorkingPapers@yonkerspublicschools.org
- A follow-up email will be provided.
