Student Working Papers are handled on a case by case basis during the COVID-19 school closure.
Student documents may be submitted via Email attachment to WorkingPapers@yonkerspublicschools.org to avoid an in person visit.

Required Documents
I. Student Working Papers Requirements:
- Application for Working Certificate (Updated May 2022)
Completed and signed by parent
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate
- Driver's license or State identification
- School Identification
- Passport
II. Physical Exam within 12 Months
A copy of your physical within last 12 months is acceptable
How to Submit Documents
Scan or photograph the completed and required documents and send as Email attachments to WorkingPapers@yonkerspublicschools.org
- A follow-up video or phone conference will take place
- Call Yonkers Public Schools Health Services for an appointment 914 376 8226.
- You will be provided with a date and time, and a review of the protocols to enter the Central Office of the Yonkers Public Schools.
IMPORTANT! Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
