PERMIT TEST GUIDELINES

If you cannot keep your appointment, you must notify me or

you will not be rescheduled this school year!

Stop in, or call the school at 376-8400 and ask for Mrs. Loia.

On the day of the test you must bring:

1. Your school ID and another form of identification: NYS Non-driver ID card,

    birth certificate, or Social Security Card.    

 2. Your class schedule indicating that you have a free period and a pass from your

    teacher if you are scheduled during class time.
