Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. While the Yonkers Public Schools are closed, I will be available from 9am - 12:30pm to answer any questions, comments or concerns you have. All of my communication will be done through email.

Under the "current assignments link" below, I have posted 32 days worth of at home workouts. Please do 1 workout per day. Each workout also has 3 levels of difficulty, pick your level preference based on your current fitness level. If schools are still closed after 16 days, start over with workout day #1, but progress to the next level. 

Level 1 is 3 sets per exercise

Level 2 is 5 sets

Level 3 is 7 sets

Remember to try and raise your heart rate into the target heart range zone we posted in class and maintain that level for the duration of the workout. Remember to stay active during this time as well as stay focused on a healthy and balanced nutritional diet.
