Russia’s Bolshoi Theater has launched a streaming service with some of its most popular opera and ballet performances, also known as the “Golden Collection,” on its official YouTube channel.
The company will stream six performances from March 27 to April 10. Each performance will premiere at 7 p.m. Moscow time and viewers who subscribe to the channel will receive an alert and will be able to participate in a live chat during the streaming of the performance.
Broadcast Schedule: 7pm CET
March 27– Swan Lake (2015), ballet in two acts
March 28– The Sleeping Beauty (2011), ballet in two acts
April 1– The Tsar’s Bride (2018), opera in four acts
April 4- Marco Spada (2014), ballet in three acts
7 April 7– Boris Godunov (2019), opera in four acts
April 10- The Nutcracker (2011), ballet in two acts

Our very own YPS phenomenal art therapist, Dr. Talusan-Dunn provides a weekly Vimeo Series that is geared towards our Autism students. These videos focus on bringing our students virtual arts therapy sessions that provide consistency and structure through routine sessions provided by Dr. Rowena. Each session incorporates verbal and gestural prompts (to enhance listening comprehension, positive behavioral prompts and creativity development). Check here for new videos every week!
