10 JUMPING JACKS, 10 BURPEES, 10 CRUNCHES, 10 FRONT LUNGES, 10 PUSHUPS, 10 SQUATS, 10 CALF RAISES, 10 KNEE LIFTS, 10 SEC. PLANK, 10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

 

COVID-19 has been challenging for all New Yorkers, but it has been particularly challenging for our mental health. From cabin fever to loneliness, stress and anxiety, the impact is very real and its crucial we acknowledge the toll the pandemic has taken on our menatl health. To help New Yorkers during this stress full time, the State has set up an Emotional Support Hotline where all can get free emotional support.

All students please continue your weekly logs. Weather is getting nicer so get outside for your activties. Remember to social distance thou.

 

 

All students I have provided a Work Log Form (IN ASSIGNMENTS) to document your work.

20 minutes is all you need to get a full body workout in at home. No equipment needed!

4X a week:

25 Jumping Jacks

30 Sec.Wall Sit

30 Sec. Plank

10 Crunches

25 High Knees

30 Sec. Wall sit

15 Crunches

10 Leg raises (Hold for 10 Sec. Each)

30 Sec.Plank

20 Crunches

30 Sec. Wall sit

10 Leg Raises (Hold for 15 Sec. Each)

Jog in place for 1 minute

If you want some cardio work, have your parents remove the clothes from the Tread Mill/Stationary Bike!
