April is Circuit Training Month:

20 minutes is all you need to get a full body workout in at home. No equipment needed!

4X a week:

25 Jumping Jacks

30 Sec.Wall Sit

30 Sec. Plank

10 Crunches

25 High Knees

30 Sec. Wall sit

15 Crunches

10 Leg raises (Hold for 10 Sec. Each)

30 Sec.Plank

20 Crunches

30 Sec. Wall sit

10 Leg Raises (Hold for 15 Sec. Each)

Jog in place for 1 minute

If you want some cardio work, have your parents remove the clothes from the Tread Mill/Stationary Bike!
