Students and Parents,
Activities can be found under the “assignments” tab. Please keep a log each day of your accomplishments. Take note of how you feel before you workout (current mood) and how you feel after completing activities.
Assignments can be done with or without equipment-this is your time to get creative! Please stay active and make sure you are moving at least 30 minutes a day! I am available via email JSchoenlank@yonkerspublicschools.org from 10am-1:30pm every weekday. Be well and try to get your family involved with your physical activities! (Maybe some healthy competition?!)😉
