More than 90 seniors from Yonkers high schools showcased their bilingual portfolios to demonstrate their proficiency and academic achievement in both English and a World Language. Their portfolio presentations now determine if the students earn a New York State Seal of Biliteracy endorsement on their high school diplomas.
