(March 13, 2023) Yonkers Montessori Academy welcomed Ireland’s Minister for Education, Norma Foley, whose interest in expanding access to public education brought her to one of the very few public Prekindergarten – Grade 12 Montessori schools in the United States.

Mayor Mike Spano joined Minister Foley, BOE President Rev. Steve Lopez and Vice President Dr. Rosalba Corrado Del Vecchio, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Edwin M. Quezada, Assistant Superintendent Rose Collins-Judon, and the entire YMA community!
