(August 25, 2023) The Yonkers Public Schools First Time Riders School Bus Safety Program & School Orientation signals a rite of passage for our youngest children & their parents/guardians. It's held every year at each elementary school in the District.

Today, the littles met the driver, practiced buckling up & exiting in an emergency, while parents practiced not crying. ❤️

Board of Education President Reverand Steve Lopez & Interim Superintendent of Schools Dr. Luís Rodriguez, principals and staff relish these moments.
